Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • We do not process or ship on weekends and public holidays.

  • If we experience higher-than-usual order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated by email.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Typical delivery times are:

    • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

    • Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days

  • Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the system, so don’t worry if you don’t see immediate movement.

4. Where We Ship

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Some regions may not be serviceable due to courier limitations. If that’s the case for your order, we’ll contact you right away.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are determined by your local authorities.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For damaged items, send us photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Firebrands is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Firebrands cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
